Return

We accept returns on both new and gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date for either a refund to your original payment method or a store credit to use toward future purchases. Only products purchased directly on cosmicbeauty.com are eligible for return. All gift card. sheet mask and set purchases are final sale.

Refunds will exclude the amount of any outbound shipping costs and return label fees. If you wish to use your own shipping method to send your items to us, please include your invoice or order number in your return shipment and send us a message at info@cosmic-beauty.net with the tracking information.

For international orders, any taxes or duties incurred against your purchase are non-refundable through CosmicBeauty as this is paid directly to your local customs. We can recommend reaching out to your local customs office for assistance with refunds on tax and duties collected for your returned order.

CosmicBeauty monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. Repeated returns behavior may lead to the closure of your CosmicBeauty account or future orders being refused at our discretion.
